I can get the pictures from my point and shoot camera to upload but if i try with any that i took with my DSLR i get an error message but it doesn't tell me what the error is. Are the files too big?

If the file is to big it will give a warning that it's to big. An error message with no explaination is almost always a "timeout" error. That translates into "slow connection".

Ok, I tried cropping the picture and then dragging to the desktop and then dragging into the post and that worked. I am going to try and just drag uncrossed photos to desktop and then into post.
