We have added a list of lakes at the bottom of our website page....they are grouped in a semi-logical (Whiteshell, Winnipeg River, Western Manitoba) way. Will tweak this in a table format eventually, but for now this should be quite useful.

Formatting not the right terminology, editing is what I should have asked.

This is exactly what I plan on doing. I like my birds for where I spend most of my time, and they work well together with my Minn Kota, a 12" tablet w/AEM would complete what I need for mapping.

Avenza searching 101. It’s pretty intuitive but I needed to start working on my annual AEM video quota. :grimacing:

Is the price yearly or one time purchase per map?

Thank you @JR123 , for the kind words and for all the support over the years!

One time purchase per map - the exception being for lakes that will have additional coverage added over time. For example Clearwater Lake - if you buy the Clearwater 2020 bundle right now, you will have that going forward. But in fall 2021, when we will likely release the rest of the lake....we will make use of Avenza's update functionality, and issue a new version that contains the complete lake. You are under no obligation, but if you want access to the new content an update cost will apply.

Also worth noting that each purchase allows you to download on 5 mobile devices...mix and match iOS and Android if you want.

I did my first purchase today. While I thought I didn't need it because I have the full catalogue, it came in really handy to have on my phone. Nice work guys!

Is there an Avenza setting option to load multiple overlays at once? I was out with a friend who had purchased from lockport to the mouth and he could only get it working by switching to each map section instead of being able to scroll continuously. I told him I'd ask the tech support here haha

Edited this my post @ribbie .... I didn't understand the question at first.

For the high-res tiles, once you get to edge of a section, the next section will load if you "scroll hard". There is a little bit of overlap between the high-res tiles to accommodate this smoothly. If you want a "big picture" perspective, zoom out and use the low-res overview map. Zoom in again to focus in on the details.

On a related note....there is some cool "collection" functionality built into Avenza. Basically, you create a folder, and turn the slider on for "collection". Then whatever maps you put in that folder can kind of be scrolled among (assuming the maps are located in relative proximity to each other geographically). One of my buddies who is obsessed with maps and immediately purchased Lake Winnipeg south basin bundle, Lower Red River bundle, and St. Norbert to Lockport bundle when we released it called and told me he can basically scroll through all of our maps all the way from St. Norbert to Gimli....he just put all the maps in the same folder and turned on collection. Avenza is pretty damn slick!
