Anyone have or know someone that has a tow behind sprayer they want to sell? I might even consider an electric back pack sprayer.

    Thanks

I was searching all spring for a used one. Couldn’t find anything decent, so I just bit the bullet and bought one from PA for $500. Figured I’m gonna used it twice a season for eternity, so why not.
Mixed that whore up with some par 3 and crushed the yard. Dandelions we’re toast after 24 hours.
Good luck in your search. If you wanted to borrow mine to test it out, let me know.

want it for round up on driveway and par 3 for yard. If I can find a 12v pump at a decent price I may build my own.

I hesitantly used curtail m for the first time in fall last year. Hot damn! Not a single weed in sight this year!

Momentum is supposed to be even better than curtail. I’d love to hear something for quack but I don’t think much kills it

I worked a summer as a research assistant in weed science at the u of m when I was in school - there was a researcher who was held in high esteem for his depth of knowledge, but he seemed to not tolerate stupid questions, so I was nervous when I struck up a conversation to ask him "what is the solution to quack grass?" He stared at me intently for a moment and said "cut a pop bottle in half." I apologized and said that I didn't understand... he shook his head impatiently and replied "Cut a pop bottle in half. Put the top half on your quack patch like an upside down funnel. Spray round-up down the opening. It'll prevent drift. It's the only treatment that works."

Sometimes I think agriculture would have been a lot more fun than computers

Momentum is supposed to have a broadleaf partner mixed with it as it has a small spectrum of weed that it kills. It does have clophiralid which is good on dandelion and Canada thistle. Also contains foloxipyr which work fairly well.

    I’ll stick with Curtail M.

Curtail M is all I use. Takes of everything that bothers my lawn and pasture.

Roundup is the only herbicide I know of that kills quack grass.
