I have some for spinning reels that are made by Rod Glove that I like, I bought them at cabelas but last time I wanted to buy a few more I noticed they don't carry them any more, they now have the Bass pro shop ones and they don't look as good as the Rod Glove ones. It looks like you can order from the direct.

Call me redneck but I find the best and easiest is to use thick socks. For me it works perfect. If I start recording videos to post on social media I might start buying more pricey ones.

Pretty much all my reels get covers to protect them in the rod lockers as I don't have tubes, majority I have are Shimano neoprene covers but also a few reel glove covers. For spinning reels the Shimano and Reel Glove covers are pretty much equivalent I would say, both good and protect well. I always collapse spinning rod handles with them pointed up toward the blank and wrap them in the cover, unlike what they show in some of their promo pics where the handle is sticking out the slit in the cover (goofy IMO). For baitcasters (low profile) I prefer the Shimano style as it's slightly simpler/quicker to get on and off (1pc velcro closure for the shimano for a 3-piece closure arrangement for the reel glove). Well worth the $10 IMO if you run anything but cheap reels to ensure they stay in good shape for a long time.

Last time when I was looking for reel covers for my casting reels didn't find any of the reel glove ones, but the fishin hole had some of the shimano ones in stock so I picked up a couple, they are a nice cover.

i bought the last 2 reel gloves the fishn hole had on my last days off and they work alright but i think I'm going to go with the shimano ones for the rest of my reels.

it took some googling to confirm some sizes but I've got a list and will probably have to order from America land to find what i need so i procrastinated on it

On that note, Crown Royal bags work great. Plus you get to drink, which let's being honest, with everything COVID going on, who doesn't need a drink lol!?!? If Flor De Cana or Diplomatico rum came with bags, I would probably have enough for everyone.

Sorry, I forgot your highly sophisticated palate gravitates towards Fireball. It has been a long time since I have had crown, but some of the higher quality crown is actually decent. But 99% of the time, I am either drinking a good rum, or a good craft beer(s).

The overpowering syrupy caramel, can be overcome by pressing Crown. Club soda does the job alright, but it still doesn't get stocked in my cabinet.

    Wiser's Deluxe and up
Forty Creek gets the odd nod

Flor de Cana is a staple run.

Diplomatico .....this is one that will be bought as a treat and only brought out for one drink every once in awhile, similar to scotch.

As for the original topic-- I've got a half dozen Abu Garcia reel covers I'll likely never use again. The rod sleeves...maybe, just for the sake of doubling up rods in the rod locker.

If we were'nt in pandemic mode, I'd consider a CFF swap n shop garage sale......been re-orging tackle and gear and doing the seasonal flip from boat to ice n I've got lots of stuff I don't use and likely won't use again.

the only rye better than Crown Royal is my inlaws home brew. The Northern Harvest is beyond reproach....a truly exceptional, world-champion rye whiskey.

Have you tried Mount Gay Rum @Mike B. ? I'm not much of a rum drinker but we did their tour when we were in Barbados a couple years ago and they have some tasty blends

Lol, already have. They make a very good rum as well. Not sure which one I had, but it was $60-70 and was boxed.
