Looking for Lowrance

    If anyone is debating upgrading an older modern Lowrance (must be able to display Angler's Edge Mapping), my bud is looking to "get his feet wet" into Lowrance for the purpose of running AEM.

    I think his budget tops out around $500.
    He's not too concerned about touch screen (he's used to Humminbird) and a 7" screen would be ideal.

    I have a hook 7 that I’ll be selling come spring when I can pull the transducer off my boat. I went to a humminbird for auto chart but this unit works fine and would be a cheap entry into Lowrance. I’ll likely sell it for $375 when the time comes. I’m not in any hurry to sell it and if he doesn’t mind waiting maybe it’ll suit his needs.
