    I figure this might be worth a shot...

    I'm in the market for an HDS 9. Will be looking for the LSS skimmer as well.

    So, if anyone is upgrading... Keep me in mind.

    If no luck here, then I'll be buying new.

    Couldn't find a used one. Found an HDS 9 touch at The Fishing Hole. Ordered new LSS-2 ducer from radioworld. They price matched GPScity.

    Those 9s are hard to find!

    Hope you ordered it online from the fishing hole. Only pay one tax, and free shipping. If you buy or pick up in store they charge both taxes...

    I'll keep you in mind @Cheebers.

    My plans are to mount my elite 5 at the console beside the HDS 9 except I'll be able to swing the elite 5 around so it's facing forward.
    That way if I'm fishing with a friend, they have access to a finder. However if I'm fishing by myself or with someone who has no value of what a finder really is, I can use both.

    You're going all high-end on us Ernie! Now you've got to get Anglers Edge and Insight Genesis too. Don't forget the software updates, I think there's around 4 or 5 updates for the Gen 2's.

    I already have AEM. I have used IG on a couple outings. I'm not that great at it yet...

    Do you need the NMEA starter kit? Amazon.com has them for $66.02 U.S. with free shipping. Some vendors with them don't charge state sales tax either.
