FWIW, your map link appears to be to a house in South winnipeg rather than the cottage. Looks nice.

Appreciate the feedback, unfortunately I can't get it to link as no official address or postal code

Beautiful area and beautiful place Neil, looks like you've out a lot of work on lately - going to be tough to let go I imagine . Grandpa's cottage at beresford is going up for sale in the spring as well. Good luck with the sale!

Hey does the Purpleheart have FSC certification? Just kidding, the place looks and sounds gorgeous, you must have another very special lot to sell this one. Although it is very tempting, my wife would commit me if I suggested a 3rd cottage not counting our Lake Livingston view lot in TX. Good luck with the sale IMO very good value.

New place is good, don't miss the Nop drive, do miss the walleye population density but all in all a fair trade for the multi species opportunities that NWO has to offer.

That place looks and sounds incredible Neil. Very well written ad.

I'm actually scared to show this to the wife cuz she'd prob want it after reading that write up......only reason I'd be hesitant is it's in an area That would make driving to my usual areas a way bigger undertaking.....but cheaper Hydro than Ontario......hmmmmm.

regardless, very reasonable price and looks gorgeous. Best of luck with the sale Neil. I'll put that on my fbook right now.

Thanks for the kind words everybody. Funny thing is one of the things I'm going to miss most about my place is the drive. Only Trappers and bushman see the kind of wildlife I have seen on that road and once we hit the gravel well lets just say it already feels we are at the lake. I have crazy video of moose, pics of Lynx and saw my first wild cougar at the beginning of this year. I have been commuting to our new place out East and I can't stand the drive down #1. Not just saying that because I'm selling either, you really learn to love the drive up. My boat does not have a stone chip and I drive a tough Tundra. Most people bring their rigs up once and leave it, myself I fish everywhere so it gets its fair share of travel. Even my best buds who have an open invitation and drive city slicker vehicles now enjoy it and we always have the running wildlife total going.
Not looking forward to dealing with one of the most corrupt energy providers in Canada being Hydro one.

That lady needs to go away. Balance the budget??? I bloody well hope so after selling half of the province's Crown Corp. to make her party look good on the next election. What a horrible decision for short term gains. Keep these CC's but run them tight and efficient like private industry and all citizens will benefit!!

Absolutely agree Craig, political party affiliation has nothing to do with it either. Bad decisions are just that, look to the future, look out for Canadians. Too many critical decisions are made for the votes and disregard proven numbers.
