Air fryer fish.

    Stepped out of my comfort zone and tried perch and walleye in the ninja air fryer. Came out good. Couple things I found:

    breadcrumbs I’m not a fan of in the air fryer. Next batch will be my traditional flour recipe.

    can’t do many pieces at a time.

    cooks fast.

    will definitely try again, the no mess on the stove was nice.

    didnt love it. couldnt get it crispy enough without way over cooking it, id rather do "naked" no batter with salt/pepper or lemon pepper , pan fried or wrapped in foil with some onions. i like it better that way than crispy in hot oil actually.

    I do like the traditional lard method I use. Like you said, gets much crispier.
