Can't access CFF from RRC

    At Red River College I can't access this forum at all unless I turn off wifi and use mobile data. Not sure if this is a problem from RRC or if this place might be IP banned. Just want to know if anything can be done.

    It was the same with me at one of the hospitals - once wifi was off, no problem.

    It is the same at my work. It is probably the IT dept that blocks the access to some type of sites.

    I guess they are trying to tell me to study instead of browsing fishing forums lol.

    I highly doubt that's the case at RRC since there are sites like Facebook and Youtube that aren't blocked.

    I think I know why this is happening.

    I have not banned the RRC ip on here. Nor have I banned any IPs as of yet. There's been no need to do so...

    But I think the ip from RRC has been blacklisted on a couple of occasions by a couple other forums.

    When that happens the security software I'm using on CFF will block that ip from accessing CFF.
