    Sometimes members accidentally check the "lock conversation" option when hitting 'send'. It doesn't happen often but it does happen.

    Happens all the time....I've sent literally dozens of PMs to Patty that say- "You're an asshole." and he hasn't responded once....so I'm pretty sure there's some glitch going on
