Helix 7 DI/GPS

    Firstly, I know very little about these units. I like my Lowrance units.

    Here the deal...

    I'm selling a boat trailer n this guy really wants the trailer but he's short on cash. Very short. $600 short.

    So he's offering me a new Helix 7 plus the balance in cash.

    So I'm posting this to "presell" the unit because I have zero use for it.

    Everything is there, except the transducer mount is missing. He says it got misplaced when he took the unit out of the box to check it over. Everything is still in plastics bags and the screen protector is still on. Its never been hooked up or in the boat.

    I need $600 for it.

    Any interest??

    would love to help you out Ernie, but I too have no need for another sonar..... be careful on that "trade" and valuing of the Helix 7DI/GPS.... retailing in Canada for $649 NIB, which of course would have taxes added, but also would include the proper transducer mount

    Keep in mind this is the time of year people go looking for deals, no one wants to pay full retail - just look at the sales Wholesale just had on sonars.

    Probably a wise move on your part Ernie. Unless that was an HDS-7 or another unit you had your eye on that you will use - I'd pass. He should sell the Humminbird himself then come to you with the funds needed for the trailer.
