    I live in Winnipeg but spend most of my free time in the bush or by the water, frozen or not. I've been fishing for about 20 yrs but as of the last 5 or so I've been taking it much more seriously. I mainly fish at Buffalo Point but I also like to drop a line when I'm out walking on the Trans Canada Trail.

    I hike year round so I can also report back on ice/water conditions in the Whiteshell and east of Winnipeg by the Ontario border as well.

    Oh I also wanted to mention that I came from MFF..........I wasn't able to post on there for a while (family crap) but when I came back to the forum I noticed things got kinda, shall we say off-putting????? :anguished:
