    16x16 well built cabin. Has electrical lines run. Can be easily hooked up to generator. Insulated. Tin roof. No leaks. Has a built in bathroom but missing a few items (toilet).

    Located 3 minutes from the north end of the ducks.
    Buyer responsible for transport.
    Possibility of another for sale.
