Looking for a certain truck cap

    I'm looking for a certain kind of cap and not having much luck locally, so figured I'd put this out there if anyone happens to see one.... I have a cap, but it's extra tall and part of my plan for more family summer trips means transporting 1 or 2 kayaks on the roof of the truck.

    Cap to fit a 1970's thru '96 F150 8' bed (250 has same size box)
    Cap being the same height as the vehicle cab
    Glass rear door (my fiberglass framed door has a tendency to rub the bedliner)

    I've checked the pick and pulls and called the other places and notta. There is a guy selling a truck with that exact type of cap, but I think he'd prefer to sell it as a packaged deal. I wouldn't mind driving a few hours for the right one!

    Radco in Fargo or Overland by St Andrews airport for new toppers - i have a glass door, level with cab, well made topper on my truck (6'6" box tho), bought at Overland - pimped with LED lights inside, works great!
    Used, well, keep looking!

    my buddy has a black 8ft flat top like what you're looking for in behind his garage from his old '91 Ferd... but i think the back window may be busted.
    if he wants to get rid of it and cheap enough, may be able to get the window fixed and away you go?

    Found one! Was all set to pull the trigger on a new aluminum cap, but then this popped up for a couple hundred
