I was going to post for one here. I have a 4x at the bow and not really happy with the terrova ducer and the 4x has DI. I sold the HDI that came with the 4x with my Elite 7 and kept my ts. Just wondering if it’s worth putting the HDI on the terrova.

Your Terrova ducer 2D should work just as well as the 2D on an HDI ducer.

You'll get better 2D sonar returns from a HDI that a Terrova US2. However, I'm not sure it is really worth the hassle that comes with the cable though..

If I’m adding a ducer to the trolling motor it’s going to be a structure scan. The US2 will provide me with enough detail. When I’m up front I’m chucking in front of the boat anyway.

My terrova ducer seems just as good as my hdi ducer for 2D. If anything, adding side scan would be awesome, but I dont know of a way to route the lowrance ducer wires to prevent the tightening up when the Minn Kota head spins 360. With a humminbird, the cables are thinner and can fit through the shaft indent on a minn kota collar. Not sure about the motorguides.

If anyone is adding a structure scan ducer to their trolling motor I have the bracket for it.

@Tony will the bracket work with a Totalscan or AI 3 in 1? If so, let me know how much. Thanks!

I think it is designed for a LLS2 so they are the same size as a TS correct? I'll take a look and get back to you.
