    Approx 30 bags of R40/16's batt insulation (probably more) unopened, enough to do 900 sq.ft . Size is for 16" centers. Regular price $47.99 @ Rona as of today on the website. 30 X 47.99 =$1439.70 plus $172.76 tax. Regular price $1612.46 as of today. Selling for $800. Will include delivery within reason if its sold by this Sunday or Monday.
