    They have some protection strips on the inside, I have used the same make but different models on three different trucks and not a mark. Of course you need to ensure the outside surfaces of your truck mirrors are clean before you put the covers on and be careful when clipping them on Most of the complaints of damage are from people who put them over dirty surfaces.

    Don't hold them or mark as sold but I'm interested. Just don't wanna make any empty promises as getting to meet up could be an issue in the next few weeks. ...busy as all heck

    I have the same mirror extenders but for a 2012, I always make sure the mirror and the extenders are clean, zero issues.
