I have two Sienna 1000's, brand new, one in a box one not, bought them for spares two years ago when I found out they were discontinuing them, they are great ice reels especially since I upgrade the drags with Carbontex drag washers, these two don't have the upgraded drag though, I have 6 Siennas in use plus these two new ones, they have never failed me.

Think they were $45 when I bought them, just collecting dust and could part with one....but I did see that Sail.ca has them on for Black Friday at 33.74. until midnight, no idea what their shipping rates are though........

I'll have to check and see what I have for Carbontex, I know I have washers for 2500 etc., have to check a see if I have for the 1000 series. Sienna only takes one if I remember correctly. I'll have to check the exploded parts view, it's been a while since I did my own.

I'll PM you in a bit!

I have taken all my Sienna ice reels apart, cleaned out the factory grease and lubed them up with G96 gun oil. Runs nice and smooth in the cold.

I take out the felt drag washer, replace with a carbon fiber one, I use a bit of Cal's Low Temp grease to smooth things out for the cold, if you closed your eyes you'd think you were using a Stradic!!!!!! LOL On the ice I use the 1000 over the 500 because of the stronger drag (9 lb for the 1000, the 500 is 4 lb) carbon fiber increases that a bit and smooths it right out. I think I have 10 of them, soon to be 9.....LOL.

I use 500 for pan fish only. 1000’s for walleye and 2000-2500 for lakers

    Sooooo....

I was not expecting that many variations of washers, is it easier to just measure mine when I get home and order based off size instead of which reel they say takes what?

Couldn't tell you, I always order(ed) by reel type, make and model using their listings.
