You can build pretty nice ones pretty easily yourself, but they are double or triple the price of a pop up style blind...

FWIW, don’t overlook pop up style blinds, they are cheaper, easier to move around, and just as warm with a little heater in them!!! My hands and feet do not do well when sitting, I have some joint and circulation issues in my hands and my feet are cold when it’s +10c... So I pretty much need to be walking/still hunting or in a heated blind once cold weather hits... after toying with the idea of building a couple skid style wooden blinds I went with pop up because of mobility if needed, less work to set up/build, and I can buy 3 pop ups for the price of 1 wooden (5’x5’x6’h)...

    Worth thinking about!!!

Once I have a chunk of my own land I would probably build a couple elevated box blinds...
