    What is your budget? There's a few Otters and Clams on Facebook but they are pricy. Not saying over priced but they are top of the line shelters and almost new.

    Manitoba ice fishing buy/sell, or ice fishing Manitoba. If you have an idea what he wants and a budget, would help. Towing by hand, or machine? That's another big factor.
