Balsam lost rod bag.

    any help would be great.
    My buddy left Balsam bay at dark and when he got home his rod bag was not there.

    Worst part is I was driving behind him and at one point I thought I saw a garbage bag on the road heading south on 59 from Balsam.
    Thinking back I believe it was between where it turns into 4 lane and Selkirk.
    I know it is a long shot but I know the folks in here have done amazing things in the past.
