    My wife's cousin owns this:

    https://flaminghoophotsauce.com/

I am her best customer. lol

LOTS of great sauces, rubs, etc for the mild at heart all the way up to Satan himself.

Their signature sauce is really good on anything:

This one, however, is my personal favourite, and I put it on everything!

Well, I've played around for years with spicy fish. My favorite so far is Habenero Walleye. Put about 6-10 Habenero per egg in a blender. Puree until smooth. (I usually just use enough egg to make it liquid, maybe 6 eggs per liter of peppers?) Dip the fish in the egg mix and then plain breadcrumbs. Panfry and done. It sounds suicidal using that many peppers but truth is the vast majority of the heat gets lost as soon as it's deep fried. I used to cook several pounds of peppers in a gallon of oil to pre spice it before frying but after the the second or third batch of fish it would lose it's kick.
