    I have had refunds on items that didnt arrive within the promised time frame, but then they always seem to arrive eventually. I then contacted the sellers and reinbursed them. It just felt like the right thing to do.

    Yes, but I believe this is a different circumstance. The seller is no longer on amazon. It was too good to be true IMO. But with zero risk, why not try?
