For obvious reasons we didn't get to spend much time in Ontario last year, but we were able to finish off the eastern portion of Clearwater Bay and Kendall Inlet. As always, the detail/accuracy where we offer coverage is premium quality.

Couple more to go, including the little slice of walleye heaven known as Grand Rapids some of you may be familiar with:

That is a hairball trip the first few times you do it, but after that its easy peasy once you have the route - keep an eye on the markers!
Big thing is to have the horsepower to handle the current. My first trip thru there was with a 15hp rental, and i think i shat myself and saw Jesus on that stretch...

It'll be a lot funner for people now that they know what the real hazards actually are....although for the time being the fun is admittedly short lived as the coverage only extends a short distance above Lamprey....and to be honest, it is Haliday Rapids to Pine Island that is most polluted with bottom-end killers.

I know a guy who found a bottom end of an old 25hp wedged in Finglers about 30 years about, low water spring and you could see it plain as day or so the story goes lol

In the video you can clearly see the preferred route through, between the white water, only really happens when there is a lot of water coming through. When there is not a lot of water is when it becomes not so obvious. Halliday Rapids to Kendall Point is still pretty safe, Kendall up towards Picnic Island and beyond is where it really gets exciting!!!!!!

Your right, our nickname for it...........the island where the government camp site is! We've called it that for 30+ years............actually can't even think of the correct name for it now!

Trying to keep surveying costs down...but camping adds a little fun too (for me anyway). We stayed at the site near stump bay last year.

@craigm I’m glad to hear you didn’t spend money with that guy…..

That was crafty @BIGGAMEFISHER, seeing as they didn’t map that far you are digging for clues lol
