    @Coward, have you ordered from there before? (was that where you got yours?). $1031 and includes the lss-2 transducer, plus the $100 rebate from Lowrance. $931 total and free ship, no taxes. Thats a great deal.

    I have ordered from these guys. Keep in mind those are all U.S. funds and shipping to Canada is not free (was about 75-100 bucks (US) via fedex for everything). I purchased a few years ago when the dollar was almost on Par and got a great deal on some Humminbird units (1198, 998, 858).

    If you have an account on Bassboatcentral you can get even better prices by just PM'ing the rep on there (James Metz I think his name is and his handle is UniversalMania). They are a BBC board sponsor and will give even better prices than those listed on the site sometimes. He was great to deal with and had no issues selling cross boarder. Brian at BBG marine is another BBC sponsor who is pretty much the same as Universal Mania. But I have never ordered from BBG so I can't say how everything is with them - he also get's alot of good reviews on the forums though.

    That page seems to get updated with new things. Last week I ordered an HDS 7 Gen 2 touch with LSS-2 for $999. It was new in box, they were just getting rid of old stock. They had an HDS 9 up for $999 as well but it had already sold. They shipped super fast, I had it within 2 days.

    The Onix 8 at the top of the page is a smoking deal too.

    When I order from the US, I just have it shipped to Pembina, then pick up on my way back when my wife and I go on trips.

    I bought a HDS8 bundle from them in 2014 all in with a rebate it was under $1000 cdn. no issues I would buy through them again. Free shipping to the Pembina border was also included, but they had no issue shipping to my home but it was an extra $75

    The one @Coward posted is still the better deal as it includes the lss-2 transducer and the regular 83/200 transducer. The $100 rebate works on this one as well. $931 US, free shipping and no taxes shipped to pembina. That lss-2 transducer costs over $300 canadian plus taxes. image.jpg
