Samsung S4 help

    I'm reaching out to the members in hopes one of you can help...

    Theres a member here that can't log on CFF from his Samsung S4 phone.

    I'm not at all familiar with this phone because I've never used one.

    This started when the members' username was changed. Now he can't login from his phone. Desktop works fine.

    If there's someone on here that's familiar with this phone, please contact me so we can get this members' issue fixed.

    I use a Samsung Tab4... shouldnt be too different. I log in using either Tapatalk app or with Chrome. Did he click "remember me" when he joined?

    I'm thinking that's what happened. We've managed to clear cookies and passwords so far. But it didn't make any difference...
